Aren't all of you excited for class chalet?!?!?!

(Everyone screams yes, yes!!)

Okay,
So first of all,
This is the organisation committee:
(Respect is the word)

Head: Tessa
Vice-head: Brittany
I/C Finance: Anthea
I/C Food: Natalie &Shi-Ying
I/C Attendance: Gracine
I/C Games: Sharon
I/C Entertainment: Kimberly
I/C Location: Diyanah

So roles of the rest of you is simple:
Tell Gracine when you're flying off to where ever,
And once we confirm the dates of the chalet,
Tell her whether you are able to make it or not.

Gracine has to hand in the attendance to me by this wednesday,
29 Nov,
So y'all better tell her! >;(

For food right,
Those who are allergic to anything e.g. seafood,
Please tell Nat/Shi-Ying.
Also,
Those who cannot take spicy food,
Please tell Nat/Shi-Ying, too.
Those who CAN'T take certain kinds of food e.g. beef
Please tell Nat/Shi-Ying too.
This is different from allergies.

Oh and by the way,
We're going to use Costa-Sands Resort for our chalet.

The chalet will be from 14 Nov- 16 Nov :D

And it'll cost y'all around $30!
May be more or less.
This is because cost of chalet = $15
Food = $10
Games = $5
Total = $30

For this chalet,
The main thing y'all need to do is to:

This is the to-bring list:

#o1. Six shirts, one of which MUST be dark coloured.
(For those not staying over just bring two, but one must still be dark coloured)
#o2. Six shorts/long pants/track pants.
(No skirts please! Can't do activities in them)
#o3. Six sets of bra and panties.
(Same thing applies to those not staying over, just bring two sets.)
#o4. EZ-Link cards!
('Cause we're gonna move around to watch movie, go to different locations to play, etc. Make sure it has at least $5 inside.)
#o5. Money!
(At least $10 please, just in case, and if we don't collect the money for movie at the start)
#o6. Umbrella!
('Cause it's monsoon season)
#o7. Water Bottle!
(In case y'all die of dehydration)
#o8. Toiletries!
(Includes toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towel, facial wash, comb)
#o9. Insect repellant!
('Cause we're gonna be staying in a chalet, so yes)
#1o. Slippers!
(For comfort, duh.)
#11. Personal medication
(So that you don't die, duh. But I'll bring panadol, for flu, fever, the basic, that's all.)

(For those staying over so it's more comfortable)
#13. Contact lense solution/cases
(I'll bring extra solution for you peeps.)
#14. Pads /tampons.
(I'll bring extra too)
#15. Jackets /cardigens
(In case y'all are cold)

(Y'know, if you want)
(These days everyday it's like raining, so I'd recommend for y'all to bring)
#17. Socks
(If you're gonna wear your shoes more than once)

Attire to wear when we first we meet-up:
#o1. Top (Any colour)
#o2. Bottom (Any colour too)
#o3. Shoes ('Cause we're gonna play games and it's easier to move around)

It's gonna be a three-day-two-night class-bonding activity.
So remember to tell Gracine whether y'all will be able to make it,
And tell her how many days you can make it.
Also,
Whether you can stay over or not.

Those who are not able to make it for any day,
Please tell us why.
Like because you flying off to Disneyland or something.

We're trying to get maybe a teacher or Sharon's sister-in-law to stay over with us,
So more of us'll be able to stay over :)

The agenda for our get-together:

Day One

Reporting time: 9 a.m. (Please eat breakfast before you meet us)
Reporting place: Toa Payoh Central, outside the jewelry shop, near 238, 73 bus-stop there. Y'know the big area when you come out from the MRT, then they have all those small shops there?
Attire: As above.

9am - 9.15 am: Meet at Toa Payoh Interchange
9.15 am - 10am: Proceed to chalet (MRT &Bus)
10am - 10.30am: Proceed to chalet, check-in
10.30am - 11am: Settle down and collect payment (The $30)
11am - 11.15am: Name Game
11.15am - 12.05pm: Human Burger Game
12.05am - 1pm: Finger Copier Game
1pm - 2pm: Lunch (light lunch as we're going to have the BBQ later)
2pm - 3pm: Buy food for BBQ
3pm - 3.30pm: Proceed back to chalet, put food there
3.30pm - 4.30pm: Shower (optional but highly recommended)
4.30pm - 5.30pm: Prepare BBQ, those not, play games
5.30pm - 6pm: Straw game, guests arrive (We're inviting teachers)
6pm – 10pm: BBQ (This may drag)
10pm – 10.30pm: Clean-up (ALL must help! Including those not staying over!!)
10.30pm - 11pm: Shower (All the smoke in your hair and clothes!)
11pm: Beauty sleep

So summarised, we'll travel to east-coast.
Then we'll head to the chalet and put all our things there.
So we don't need to lug everything everywhere.
Next,
We'll play some games inside/outside the chalet,
But around the chalet there.
Afterword,
We'll have lunch at a food court or whatever the Food I/Cs decide.
Next,
We'll go food for the BBQ.

Then we'll put those back in the chalet and play more games.
Then we'll all take turns to shower.
At the same time,
Those not showering will have to help prepare the BBQ.
Max. 5-7 mins of showering time.
If you exceed,
You'll have to do a forfeit!

Once everyone's done showering,
We can start cooking!
And of course people will have to cook lah.
Or else the food won't cook itself right.
So either we'll take turns or whatever,
But'll always be there lah,
To help and ensure that it's cooked and all.

Also, we are inviting teachers to the BBQ!
Because it won't be a class gathering without them right!
They taught us and tolerated us (most of the time)
So it's only right to cook for them now and appreciate them right!
:D

Then we can eat till late late late,
And talk and all.
Next,
Those who need to go home please go,
Rest can go shower.
Priority to charge phones will go to me and Brittany,
Sorry but it's because we need to stay in contact as we'll split y'all into groups.

Next,
We'll need to clean up!
Those who don't help,
Be prepared to feel my wrath!

After we're done cleaning,
Then we can go,
SLEEEEEP!
Those who don't want to sleep please don't talk loudly or whatever and disrupt other people who want to sleep.

9am - 11am: Morning activities (cycle, roller blade, jog, etc.)
11am - 11.30am: Go back to the chalet and change into dark coloured shirt.
11.30am - 12nn: Proceed to beach, play the hole game
12nn - 12.45pm: Toxic river game
12.45pm - 1.30pm: Relay lock race
1.30pm - 2pm: Proceed back to chalet to change (into CLEAN clothes)
2pm - 3pm: Lunch
3pm - 5pm: Treasure hunt
5pm - 5.30pm: Banana game
5.30pm - 7.30pm: Dinner (I/Cs of food would decide where)
7.30pm - 8.30pm: Whacko game
8.30pm - 10pm: Night walk
10pm: Shower and sleep

Basically, it's go eat breakfast!
And we'll be healthy by exercising.
Then we'll have lunch.
Next,
We'll go play games!
Then we'll have dinner,
Go back to the chalet,
NIGHT WALK!
That'll be sooo fun.
Then shower &sleep.

Same thing applies,
No disruption of other people's sleep!

Day Three

Wake up at 8 a.m.

8am – 9am: Breakfast
9am – 9.30am: Confession Game
9.30 am – 10 am: Paper Game
10am – 10.30 am: Pack Up
10.30am – 11am: Check-out
11am – 12nn: Go to the beach and settle down and play knot game
12nn – 12.30 pm: Line up game
12.30pm – 1pm: Newspaper game
1pm – 3pm: Lunch and debrief
3pm: Home

Basically,
Breakfast!
Games again!
Pack up,
Check out,
Gamesssssss.
Lunch!
Settle some class matters,
Debrief,
Then y'all can go home already.

I am almost always pissed off with you people.

Damn bloody irritating that I want to claw all your eyeballs out.

But can't help it right?

If I do I'd get sent to jail.

So lucky you'll, boo me.

Let's start with what I love about y'all.

Er okay that's too hard let's start with the bad points.

#.o1 Y'all NEVER shut up.

Saw how Uncle David had to wait for all those people to stop talking?

And y'all felt pissed right?

Well, That's how I feel everyday.

Or whenever I have to brief you people on stuff.

And there in the corner people are yakking away.

Damn pissful.

So the morale of the story is: Shut Up :)

Yes, it's normal to have cliques and all.

But all these attitudes:

"I don't wanna dance, don't wanna participate"

Just shows the lack of class bonding and class spirit.

It's your class.

So if you refuse to participate in whatever activity,

It's not you who loses,

It's the class.

Usually negatively.

And they impact me the most.

On the other hand,

Yup,

Even though I have a sore throat now and am sucking on Strepsils,

It was worth it watching y'all work together :D
